1. Turn 90 degrees CCW to W with L overhead block in L forward
stance.
2. Step out W with R straight punch on R forward stance.
3. Pull R foot back to L foot pivoting 180 degrees CW to face
East and stepping R foot out to R fwd stance with R overhead block.
4. Step out E with L straight punch on L fwd stance.
5. Pull L foot in to R foot and then out to N pivoting 90 degrees CCW and stepping out into R back stance with L inside forearm middle part block to the outside. Facing N (ventral E).
6. Step out to the N with R straight punch on R fwd stance.
7. Pull R foot back to L foot pivoting CW 180 degrees to face S. Step out into L fwd stance with R inside forearm middle part block to the outside. Facing S (ventral E).
8. Step forward (south) with L straight punch on L forward stance.
9. Pull L foot back to R foot pivoting 90 degrees CCW to face E and step out E with L overhead block on L fwd stance.
10. Step forward (East) with R palm heel strike to the face on R forward stance.
11. Pull R leg back to L pivoting 180 degrees CW to face W and step out with R overhead block on R fwd stance to the West.
12. Step forward (W) with L palm heel strike to the face on L fwd stance.
13. Pull L foot back to R pivoting 90 degrees CCW and step L foot out South into R back stance with L inside forearm middle part block to the outside. Facing S (ventral W).
14. Step forward (S) with R palm heel face strike on R fwd stance.
15. Pull R foot back to L foot pivoting 180 degrees CW; step R foot out to N into L back stance with
16. Pull R foot back to L foot pivoting CW 180 degrees to face S. Step out into L fwd stance with R inside forearm middle part block to the outside. Facing N (ventral W).
