This is a new edition of Donahue's highly regarded translation of Kepler's greatest work, originally published by Cambridge University Press in 1992 and now out of print. The book is being newly laid out to bring its appearance closer to Kepler's magnificent Latin original, while still following Green Lion Press's exacting layout standards.

The translation is being completely revised. An index, missing in the Cambridge edition, is being added.
