Order options: there are three ways to order:

find the book you want (each has its own page) and clicking the Amazon.com link. This will take you to their web site to place an encrypted secure order. To continue to browse the Green Lion site and continue to collect books in Amazon.com's shopping cart, just leave both windows open.
2. Telephone orders: Order this book directly from our distributor, National Book Network (NBN), toll free at (800) 462-6420.

Rush orders:
For special arrangements such as overnight shipping, please contact NBN
at the phone number listed above to place your order.
Order inquiries:
Inquiries about shipping of orders placed through NBN should be addressed
to NBN. They will be able to tell you when and how your order was shipped.
The Green Lion editorial office doesn't have shipping information.
Please do tell us, however, if you have a problem with NBN that we could help in resolving.
Examination Copies and Desk Copies:
Green Lion Press does not give free examination copies or desk copies. Many publishers increase their prices to cover the cost of providing free copies to professors and instructors. We keep our prices low, so as to pass on the savings to students and faculty alike.

Returns policy:
We guarantee your satisfaction with all Green Lion Press books. If you are
not completely satisfied with any book purchased through NBN, return the book to NBN in its original condition
for a full refund. Books purchased through Amazon.com must be returned to Amazon.
Important! All
book returns for refunds or credit must be made to NBN or Amazon. Do not return
books to Green Lion.
