Expedited orders must be placed through Enfield and order inquiries
addressed to them.
Standard Shipping of Online Orders:
Domestic orders are shipped by Priority
Mail. International orders are shipped by Global Priority Mail when possible
(depends on weight of book and country of destination), otherwise by surface
mail..
For domestic orders we add a flat shipping
charge of $7 regardless of the number of items. For international shipping
we add a flat shipping charge of $12.
Order options: there are four ways to order:
1. Use our online store by
finding the book you want (each has its own page) and clicking the "Add
to cart" link. This will take you to our encrypted secure order page.
This first way of ordering gives you our 10% web discount. Orders directly
through our distributor, by mail or telephone or fax, do not qualify for this
online discount.
2. Telephone orders: Call our distributor,
Enfield Distribution Company, at (603) 632-7377. (More
about Enfield).
3. FAX Enfield at (603) 632-5611.
Be sure to include all information and a way they can contact you.
4. Mail-in Orders: Send credit card
information (with phone number) or a check in US dollars to the address below
for the exact amount of purchase plus $7 shipping for the order (regardless
of number of books) for domestic orders; please add $12 shipping per order for
international orders.

Returns policy:
We guarantee your satisfaction with all Green Lion Press books. If you are
not completely satisfied, return the book to Enfield in its original condition
for a full refund. Sorry, we don't take returns of the Octavo CD-ROMs. All
book returns for refunds or credit must be made to Enfield. Do not return
books to Green Lion.
