1. Step R foot back to S turning body 90 degrees CW to face E with mountain block (block E w/ left outside forearm, W w/right inside forearm). Step R foot fwd to N turning body 180 degrees CCW to face W with mountain block (block W w/right outside forearm, E w/ left inside forearm. End facing W.
2. Step left leg across to E to R fwd st w/ L horizontal "spinning" elbow followed by R upward elbow strike then L roundhouse punch to the face. End facing S.
3. Left foot CCW to L fwd st w/ left "spinning" backfist to the N. Right palm heel to groin. Left outside-to-inside elbow strike to face (with groin pullout power move with right grabbing fist), pivoting body to NE; immediately follow with right inside-to-outside elbow strike to other side of assailant's face pivoting back to face N. Right uppercut to ribs. End facing N.
4. Step R foot forward to R fwd st w/ R spearhand to the eyes w/ L palm heel down block. End facing N.
5. R jump front kick; come down into R fwd stance with double uppercut to the ribs. End facing N.
6. Bring R foot back and sidekick to E. Step down E and skip L foot to R for R skipping sidekick. Step R down and execute L back hook kick to the W; come down into L fwd st w/ L "spinning" hammerfist strike across the face followed by R flat fist to the solar plexus. End facing W.
7. Step L foot back E turning body 90 degrees CCW to face S w/ mountain block. Step L foot forward W turning body 180 degrees CW to face N w/ mountain block.
8. Turn CW to the E moving R foot across to R fwd st w/ R horizontal elbow followed by L reverse upward elbow strike then R roundhouse punch to the face. End facing E.
9. Step R foot CW to W with R "spinning" backfist temple strike to the W. on R fwd st.; left palm heel to groin; right outside-to-inside elbow strike immediately followed by left inside-to-outside elbow strike, to both sides of to the face; left uppercut to ribs. End facing W.
10. Step R foot back to L fwd st w/ L spearhand to eyes and R palm heel down block. End facing W.
11. L jump front; come down into L fwd st w/ double uppercut to the ribs. End facing W.
12. Back up by pulling L foot back to R and then R foot back to L fwd st w/ R upward elbow strike. End facing W.
13. Take L foot back to S. w/ L upward elbow strike to N. on R fwd st. End facing N on center line.
14. Pick up L foot and L sidekick to W. Step L foot down to W. Skip R foot to L for L skip side. Step L foot down and execute R back hook kick to E; come down into R fwd st w/ R "spinning" hammerfist strike across face followed by L flatfist to s.p. End facing E.
15. L double front to E; Step L foot down pointing N; R double side to E; Step R foot down pointing N, body N; L double side to W; Step L foot out to W in L fwd st w/ double open hand ear strikes facing W.
16. Shift hands CCW so R grabs hair and L grabs chin. With hair grab, twist CW and down; L roundhouse knee to s.p.; Drop and stomp w/ L sidekick edge ending facing S with feet parallel. Jump 180 degrees CW moving slightly SW and landing in twin knifehand block on R bk st (R overhead block, L side block). End facing W (ventral side open to N).
[alternative: Pick up R foot after stomp on downed assailant and R sidekick to W; retract fully and stomp R sidekick edge on ground (foot of another assailant stepping in) next to L foot; L roundhouse kick to W (to assailant approaching from N); step L foot out W with twin knifehand block on R bk st (R overhead block, L side block). 17. R double front kick to W. Come down with double ear strikes into R fwd st facing W.
18. Shift hands CW so left grabs hair and R grabs chin; throw CCW and down; R roundhouse knee to s.p. Drop and stomp with R sidekick edge face N, feet parallel. Skip slightly SW (to clear the downed assailant) for twin knifehand block on L bk stance (L overhead block, R side block). End facing N (ventral side open to W).
19. Short front w/ R to N. Step R down next to L pointing N. L sidekick to W. Step L foot to S, place down toes facing S. R roundhouse kick to S (toes pointing E). Step R foot to S continuing CCW turn; place R foot down with toes facing N. L back kick to S.
Step L foot down to R foot and out to goman.
